actually, laws do prevent it. you aren't allowed a late term abortion just because you want to. the only time it happens is when there is a high chance of death for the mother or child and the majority of the time, any time after 21 weeks or so, they perform a c-section as an attempt to save both lives. when that's not possible, better save 1 than "kill" 2.

depends on who you ask. most of the hardcore juggalos (the ones that take it far too seriously) insists it's clown rap. although it's normally considered horrorcore hiphop. and alestorm is classed as pirate metal due to the theme and dress and such while it's considered (pirate) folk/power metal. and with both horrorcore and pirate, it's considered such based on content. for all anyone knows at this point, clown and pirate may become actual (sub)genres.

Why do people keep calling this pirate metal? It's silly horseshit in the same vein as Finntroll or Korpiklaani, etc. It's not serious, and it doesn't get its own subgenre for choosing a stupid theme. Even holding a keytar is an automatic expulsion from metal, let alone playing one this side of the 80's. It's not my stuff, and good for those who like it, but there's still no subgenre known as "pirate metal", just because one band likes dressing up like pirates.
