What's more country than that? I can same MANY songs more country than them two. Examples: "I'm The Only Hell My Mama Ever Raised" (Johnny Paycheck), "Straight To Hell" (Hank Williams III), "You Never Even Called Me By My Name" (David Allan Coe), "Lost Highway" (Hank Williams). That's just a fraction. Look that up then you'll see that Toby and Carrie are just pop with a fiddle.
