I know this feeling. I'm in this situation right now, but I had a change of heart. Because I'm so deep in the friend zone, there is like a 80% chance she'll say no if I ask her out (I asked her before and she said "no, I just want to be friends"). I sat down and thought to myself if whether her love as a friend is worth not having any of her love at all. I decided being a friend is my best choice.
