i think you're right, i've been thinking the same thing for a while, searching 'music' on a search engine is pretty vague and the word 'the' doesn't exactly change much! it's knda nice tho them still being small, it keeps them as one of 'my' bands and makes them a bit precious (for lack of a better word!) ^_^

It is a great band name, however there are complications. If you try searching google or youtube for the music - you won't get anything related to them. Google and other large search engines strip "the" from the searchs so the keyword they are looking at is Music. I honestly think this might be why the music isn't any bigger. People have a hard time finding info about them on the internet.
