Sorry -- the first music subscription service was FullAudio, based in Chicago, which later changed its name to MusicNow. I worked there in 1999-2000 -- this service pre-dated both Rhapsody and Pressplay.

Jason -- I always said you were a younger version of Chris Matthews! From Silicon Alley Reporter, to Rising Tide, to YouTube!

I dreamt of a new app last night whilst in bed... I don't know if its been made yet, but its called "App History" It like runs in the background of all your operating system and records everything opened and closed, looked at, deleted or accessed. Like if I lend my iPhone to Marrissa so she can "check her Facebook" I suppose I could if I wanted look over my App History log to see if she has inadvertently read my messages, or looked at my photos or videos, or accessed something else.Funny dream.

I call Peer-2-Peer 'Conspiracy to Defraud', and I call accidental release of software 'negligence'.
