I couldn't agree more, Sage Francis is comparable skill related, but the focus Eyedea projected in his music about reality, the mind, time ETC. is very unique, even accompanied by the most talented underground names. The sadness and disappointment i get occasionally is that i never saw him preform live, it bothers me quite a bit, but regardless his music has inspired me, and will always be remembered by me. very few come close.. main stream makes me sick. Other artists have some attributes or skills similar to eyedea, but they still satisfy the void. At least he had a very busy life and created a lot of content for his legacy.

....this is the original, if you heard another version and the voice sounded higher and it didnt sound like this, then it was sped up, this is how it should sound.

I think either the other version is sped up and made his voice higher, or this version is eyedea re recording it a little older.
